Nadeje Felix, President
Nadeje is an awesome balance of creative and practical. She has over 18 years as an Information Technology (IT) professional defining and driving strategic IT initiatives in major markets from Wall Street to Europe. Simultaneously she’s worked in PR, Marketing, and Event Planning for entertainers and artists helping them channel their creative energies.
Our leader wears many hats, yet manages to handle all challenges well. She’s held varied senior leadership positions and directed enterprise projects around Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Intelligence (BI), and Marketing & Database Analytics. She’s also crafted Marketing strategies and created Business Development plans for a wide-range of clients including entertainers, authors, and retailers.
Nadeje enlists like-minded colleagues to serve as “solutionists” in it’s truest sense. She is at her best when solving problems and crafting bold ideas. Always up for a challenge, she’s able to generate fantastic plans from the subtleties of any situation.
Although she currently lives in Florida, she’s still a Knicks fan. Don’t hold it against her…loyalty is a great character trait!

Fran Cadore-Smith, SVP Marketing
Fran heads our marketing practice. She believes that great ideas needs great leadership and great plans. Her approach: analytical unbiased with an eye on innovation and creativity.
Fran has worked in a gamut of marketing and management roles in corporate, small business, entrepreneurial, and non-profit companies for the past 18 years. Her marketing specialties are strategy development, integration, branding, research, and planning. Like the rest the team, Fran can do more than just marketing, she’s also an experienced political scientist, economist, and business development expert. As she transitioned in more entrepreneurial and small business clients, Fran has leveraged her corporate experience to coach owners and entrepreneurs in the skills to help them navigate relationships with corporate clients.
Never up for debate with her are the greatness of Brooklyn, New York, and tennis.
